Atlanta, GA – Pritchard & Jerden, an Atlanta-based insurance and risk management firm, will establish a new headquarters location at Atlanta Plaza in the Buckhead submarket of Atlanta, expanding its space from 18,000 square feet to 24,620 square feet. The firm will relocate to the 20th floor of Atlanta Plaza from nearby Three Piedmont Center, where it has occupied space for the past 25 years.
“We’re excited to be moving into expanded space that will accommodate our organic growth,” said Jim Bailey, President of Pritchard & Jerden. “This modern and efficient workspace has been customized to our needs and is designed to appeal to the younger generation of millennial workers.”
A key benefit for millennial and other employees, he said, is the building’s direct and covered access to the Lenox MARTA rail station. He added, “The open workspace design and natural lighting combine to create more energy. Work has become increasingly collaborative, and our new offices will provide much more space for employees to work together, including huddle rooms and conference rooms with the latest technology. We’re also looking forward to the additional public space for meetings with our clients and trading partners.”
The workspace design, which features exterior work stations along the windows and offices on the interior, enhances natural lighting. Per the terms of the lease, the landlord is building a state-of-the-art conference center on the 8th floor.
Colliers International Atlanta represented the firm in the 10-year, 24,620-square-foot lease. Pritchard & Jerden will take occupancy on July 21st. Colliers International Senior Vice Presidents Pete Shelton and Fred Sheats represented Pritchard & Jerden in the lease transaction. Chris Port of CBRE represented the landlord, CBRE Global Investors.

also offers tenants expansive views of the Buckhead, Midtown and Downtown skylines.
